Theo's Midtown: Discover Jefferson City's Culinary Gem

First time visiting based upon son’s recommendation. He takes after me, so he has excellent taste :). Absolutely great meal and lovely waitress, Maddie (make sure to ask her about how the pizzas are cooked, she provides in depth info!). Started with Pesto Chips which were delicious! Got a half Brooklyn, half Niki pizza. Both flavors were outstanding! Try it, you’ll love it.

Came in the evening for dinner. Was a bit busy and not much parking space outside. Make sure you come in hungry and you will leave satisfied and with left overs. Come get the hummus and the margarita pizza!

Theo's Midtown is a must-stop on the way to and from floating the river for my wife and I. We absolutely love the food and time our trips specifically for lunch at Theo's! You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu!

My quest for good pizza at a good price continues. Unfortunately, the pizza here is even MORE expensive at $23. What is wrong with this city? Pizza is a poor people food. Why are all the restaurants here insistant on giving it a fine dining price? I digress. What actually brought me to Theo's was the Greek meatball slammer. The picture looked amazing, so I knew I needed to have a try. Thankfully, it was quite good, and at a good price of $14. I could tell that it was masterfully crafted with a fine toast and good ingredient composition. However, I have to admit it wasn't quite to my taste so I will have to return to try the chicken parm version.

My fiancé and I both love Gyros. We googled where to find one and came across Theo’s Midtown. It’s a small restaurant/bar with a wonderful atmosphere. Our waitress was real sweet and our food came out fast and tasted amazing! The gyro is so filling, I couldn’t finish the last few bites.

Restaurant with a sports bar atmosphere. Great service and the meatball appetizer was so delicious. We ordered a gyro and pepperoni & sausage calzone with fries as a side. All of the food was really good, hubby says sausage had a really good taste in the calzone. It wasn't the best gyro I've had but it was good. Fries were also very good, crunchy with seasoning. We ordered a Greek-style pizza to go. Unfortunately, the crust was cracker-like and not our favorite. We'll definitely stop again for the meatballs!

Had a Greek side salad and a ceaser side salad with a Bus Stop pizza. It was so good! We had it thin crust not hand tossed and it was the perfect amount of crisp in each bite!. We sat at the bar so service was good and Jasmine checked on us frequently. Looking forward to trying the extensive menu of other pizza combos and calzones!
